Love that your students are into STEM club — that enthusiasm is honestly half the battle when introducing something new like CodeBot!
A few thoughts that might help as you rally admin and fellow teachers behind the plan:
When pitching to administration, framing CodeBot around career exploration (which you already mentioned) tends to land well — robotics + Python is a nice bridge to actual industry skills.
For fellow teachers, the station-based approach is a great hook. It doesn’t require them to become Python experts overnight — kids can rotate through and self-drive a lot of the learning.
If it helps, the Firia Labs resources site has some materials that can be handy when explaining the platform to non-CS colleagues or admin.
Excited to hear how the rollout goes once you get the stations set up!
